Merino Muster August. Cross country ski race. The race is usually held in August
Winter Games NZ Biennial. The biggest winter sports event outside the Winter Olympics, Winter Games NZ features over 800 of the world’s top athletes competing in 26 snow sports disciplines ranging from ski racing to curling, snowboarding to skating as well as a full adaptive skiing programme.
Mountain to Mountain September. Top of Treble Cone to the Snow Farm Lodge. 6 stages for teams or individuals. This event is for teams and individuals who Ski, Run, Mountain bike, Kayak and Road bike from the Treble Cone Ski field to the Snow Park in Cardrona Valley.

Radio Wanaka Girls Day Out. An annual expo aimed at women of all ages. Exhibitors range from beauty to fitness, home decorating to wine and a lot more.Wanaka Garden Club Flower Festival. Flower displays, photographic displays, floral art displays, demonstrations, plant sales.
